Our HF‑500HL automatic sleeve applicator machine is a high‑performance full‑body shrink sleeve labeling system engineered for high‑volume production lines. It is capable of applying heat‑shrink sleeves onto various containers, including plastic bottles, glass jars, aluminum tubes and composite cans.
Built with full stainless‑steel frame, this sleeve applicator ensures stable long‑time running in food, beverage, cosmetic and daily‑chemical production environments. It supports quick format change‑over for different bottle diameters and sleeve sizes, greatly reducing your model‑switching downtime.
Equipped with precise servo driving system, the machine delivers accurate label positioning for neat, wrinkle‑free sleeve application. Compatible with PVC, PET, OPS shrink sleeve materials. It can work perfectly together with our steam shrink tunnel or hot air shrink oven to complete the full labeling process.
To suit kinds of bottles and different sleeve position, there are some differences with each set machine, such as bottles separating device, sleeve reel in ground or not, brushes/sleeve patting device…
Electrical cables/wires in the cabinet on the back of machine, are assembled by CE standard for EUROPE market.
